Refund Policy

1. Free Preview Before Checkout

IdeaSaaS offers a no-card preview before you pay. You can get inside the dashboard, inspect the latest signals, and try a limited amount of research before deciding whether to upgrade.

Because the preview happens before checkout, there is nothing to cancel during that stage. You only enter billing once you actively choose a paid plan.

• The preview does not require a credit card.
• It is designed to help you evaluate the product before buying.
• For billing issues, email support@ideasaas.xyz with your account email and receipt details.

2. After You Upgrade

Once you upgrade to a paid monthly or annual plan, payments are generally non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may still review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

• Critical technical issues that prevent you from accessing your account or the dashboard, which our support team is unable to resolve.
• Prolonged and unannounced service downtime during your billing period.
• Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty:

• How to cancel: Through your IdeaSaaS dashboard settings, or via the billing portal link in your Polar receipt emails.
• What happens: Cancellation stops future renewal charges immediately. You keep full access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
• No lock-in: There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no hidden charges.

4. Disputed Charges

If you have any billing concerns, please contact us directly at support@ideasaas.xyz before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
