All financial transactions made in connection with the Service will be processed by a third party, Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for IdeaSaaS. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Polar in addition to these Terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof.
